Last year I had to do some major work on my 33-years-old steel boat. In the Basimakopouloi shipyard I was given a separate place, where I could do grinding, welding and painting. I got a scaffold from the shipyard and of course water and electricity. When I had finished my work, there was a big surprise, when I was offered the bill: no extra charges! I would like to thank all members of the staff for their friendliness and for being so helpful, and recommend this shipyard to all yachties travelling in Greece.

the best place to recover my boat that I fund in mediterranean sea. clever workers not too much expensive. will be better if it will be a webcam to see the boat from house in the winter and a washing machine for the costumers. it is ok! manrico
We have had the pleasure of spending four winters in this yard. Very efficient, very friendly, and developing very nicely. With over 40 years in boats this is the best yard yet.

This is an excellent boatyard. The staff is very efficent, friendly and caring. After 10 years in the Med and different yards this is the best by far. We recommend it highly.
After three years sailing all Greece is the best place I've found to leave the yacht in safety, quiet and comfort. Good service, friendly people and pleasant surroundings. Thanks
